How will the provided Information be used?
When you submit an event report to CAIRE, the information you provide will be included in our anonymized, aggregated reports by default. However, you will also be given the option to allow us to use the information in an anonymized case study or to submit a copy of the information to state, federal, or accreditation organizations. Rest assured that CAIRE will not release any identifying information about you without your explicit consent. We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality when it comes to sensitive information related to events or incidents. By submitting an event report, you are helping to promote safety and accountability within your organization and the larger community, and we appreciate your assistance as a valuable and trusted member of our community.
1 Your Personal Data
The Reporters Details are always kept anonymous. If for any reason we need to share your information we must have your permission first, according to the Mutal NDA Agreement you agreed to when you submitted your report thru the CAIRE Portal.
2 The Incident Data
The overall goal of the Incident data is to be able to create better industry standards by providing actionable solutions backed by what we can actually prove works. To get there we have to go thru a few steps.

Information Validation Process. This is a combination of the CAIRE SCORE and the CASE REVIEW.

Data Analysis Process. This is done in the Caire database by our CAIRE SAFETY EXPERT PANEL and CAIRE AI.

CAIRE Reports - Quarterly reports with updates, findings, and recommendations. These reports can be customized to match different organization sizes.
